Bentonite grease has good oiliness, thermal stability, oxidation stability, chemical stability, water resistance and lubricity. Therefore, it is widely used in industrial production, especially in the case of high temperature, high pressure, high load and long-term operation. The stability and reliability of bentonite grease make it an indispensable lubricating product in many industrial fields.

The HS-G series organic bentonite for grease developed by our company is made of natural calcium-based bentonite as raw material and is highly purified, modified and organically modified.

DIRECTIONS:

1.    Add 1/2 of the total base oil into the reactor and heat the oil to 60~70℃.

2.    Add organic bentonite while stirring and stir for 10 to 20 minutes to fully disperse the organic bentonite.

3.    Add polar activator and stir for 25~30 minutes.

4.    Add the remaining base oil into the reactor in batches while stirring and stir for 10 to 20 minutes.

5.    Add other additives and continue stirring until evenly mixed.

6.    Use a pump to pass the entire mixture through a colloid mill or homogenizer to homogenize it.

7.    Degassing, filtering, and packaging.

Note: Polar activators: acetone, methanol (95%), ethanol (95%), propylene carbonate, glycol ether derivatives, Usually, the preferred activators are propylene carbonate and glycol ether derivatives.
