INSTRUCTIONS:

To achieve optimal dispersion and exfoliation of HS-FR series organic bentonite, use a co-rotating twin-screw extruder or kneader when compounding with thermoplastic resins.

For compounding, it is recommended to use a screw assembly with the largest possible aspect ratio (>40 L/D) and a screw configuration that achieves high dispersibility. It is best to feed the material through the side feed of the twin-screw extruder for optimal mixing.
